Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to their personalized nature, the following are typically final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Made-to-order or customized items (e.g., from Andrea & Leo Couture, Deklaire Bridal).
- Select Celebrity and Aspeed Design pieces marked as “Final Sale.”
- Items from collections like Amoris Collection that are crafted specifically for you.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Care Team (Within 15 Days)
Initiate your return or exchange by emailing [email protected]. Include your order number and item details. Our fashion-passionate team will guide you personally.
Step 2: Receive Instructions & Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for sending your item back to our Detroit hub. Please do not ship anything without this RMA.
Step 3: Ship Your Item Securely
Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags. Use a trackable shipping service (USPS, DHL, or FedEx are recommended) to send it to the address we provide. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Step 4: Our Meticulous Inspection & Processing
Once received at 2431 Wildrose Lane, Detroit, our quality team will inspect your return with the same care we give our Black Tie collection. This process takes 3-5 business days.
Refunds: Timing & Method
Upon approval of your return:
- Timing: Refunds to your original payment method are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
- Method: The refund is issued to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). For PayPal, it returns to your PayPal account. For cards, it will reflect on your statement based on your bank’s processing times.
- Amount: You will be refunded the item’s purchase price. Original shipping charges (Standard or Free) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- We will ship your new item once the return is approved.
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
- Exchange shipping fees will apply.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item (e.g., a flaw on a Chiffon Bolero) or the wrong item (e.g., a Column Dress instead of the Cinderella Divine gown you ordered), contact us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund.
