  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Care Team (Within 15 Days)

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our Detroit hub. Please do not send any items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Securely package the item in its original packaging, include all tags and any accessories. Please use a trackable shipping service (we recommend carriers like USPS, DHL, or FedEx) and send it to the address we provide. We are not responsible for items lost in transit without a tracking number.

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your return at our Detroit hub (2431 Wildrose Lane), our quality team will inspect it with the same meticulous eye used for our Black Tie and Cocktail Party collections. This process takes 3-5 business days.

Refunds & Credits

Upon approval of your return:

  • Timing: Refunds to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) will be processed within 5-10 business days after we approve the return.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method. For PayPal payments, it will return to your PayPal account. For credit/debit cards, it will reflect on your statement based on your bank’s processing times.
  • Amount: You will receive a refund for the item’s purchase price. Original shipping charges (Standard or Free Shipping via EMS) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For exchanges (subject to item availability):

  • We will process the shipment of your new item once the return is approved.
  • If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference.
  • If it is of lower value, you will be refunded the difference.
  • Exchange shipping fees will apply.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
